Thermal Nail Polish - BeautyBigBang Review

*PressSample* This post contains an item(s) that was provided for reviewing purposes however I will as always give my full and honest opinion.

Allo polish Pals!
How are you all doing today? I hope your week is going well so far.
This week has started off pretty slowly for me. I feel like I'm in slow motion. I just have not felt very go-get-'em and productive. I'm hoping to change that today. Here comes a 4 mile workout, booyah!

Today I am reviewing a thermal polish from BeautyBigBang.com – this is 'Thermal Gradient Nail Polish Temperature Color Changing Nail Polish' (Item/shade no. SKU: J4189-4C) and I even have a little video to show you its awesome colour transition!

Almost all pink!

This bottle contains a general 12ml of nail polish, more than enough to get good use out of it. You know I'm not a fan of minis! The colour in the bottle looks like a beautiful rich purple which changes into a squishy, juicy looking hot pink.

It was quite sheer however 3 coats was enough for full ocpacity and the colour change began to become obvious on the second coat. It had an incredibly high shine even before applying my Pro-FX top coat and I was really impressed with the dry time. The consistency of this polish is somewhere around medium and I had no issues with application at all.

The colour change on this polish is pretty obvious which I enjoyed. Some thermal transition's are really subtle which is nice.. But I wanna see the magic, don't you?!

My overall verdict is.. I love it! Its so vibrant and fun, I love the colour combination and I also love the warm and cold shades alone. I loved the dry time, I loved the high shine and flawless looking finish on this polish. I can tell I'll be come back to use this one in the future!

What do you guys think of this colour changing nail polish? Are you a fan of thermals, do you own any?

Thank you for stopping by, fwends! I hope you have a truly awesome and productive day! I'll catch you again on Saturday for some more freehand nail art (I'm looking forward to posting that one!)

Love,
Ithi

  7. That is such an interesting polish!! I've never used a colour changing polish but it seems so fun. How does it work exactly, does it always have the gradient or does it look pink all of the time unless you make it cold?

    1. Great question! It actually all depends on your nail length too. Generally my tips stayed more purple because the nail bed has my body heat, the free edge, the part of the nail that is longer than my finger doesn't get that warmth so it stays the purple shade more oftne :) So it is like having a good ombre/gradient nail art without any of the work involved!
