Freehand Doodlin' with N.Nail Synthetic pull pen brushes.

These synthetic fibre brushes arrive in a pack of four and are beautiful finely tipped. The sizes vary from XL, L, M and S. One thing I love about these brushes is that they come in their own little container tubes with a stopper at each end meaning you can keep them nice and neatly knowing that the brush end is completely safe.

I have been testing out these brushes using acrylic paint and after use I cleanse the brush with warm water and a small amount of shampoo – You can imagine how little shampoo it takes to clean these brushes seeing that the brushes are are tiny.

I decided to review these brushes because I've been on the look out for a very fine tipped brush for... who know how long. I wanted some brushes I could do tiny details with, fine intricate patterns and so on. What do I think? I personally really love them, they are just the perfect fit for small and detailed nail art. Don't base your judgement on my doodle nails but trust me, You can do some really tiny patterns with these brushes.

Hope you've had a great week and an even better weekend! Did you do anything fun? I'm still full of disgusting cold but yesterday I managed to go with Mr Bravo and his nan to the market and out for lunch. I can tell you it wasn't easy, every time I move my head I feel just awful! I simply love these beautiful little studs. They are simple but so classy. When I first saw them in the packet I wasn't 100% sure. That was until I took some out to inspect them and saw how beautiful and shiny they are. The manicure I created is quite... in your face but you can easily wear these with so many colours and simple designs. I also really love the size of these studs, they are 4mm in diameter. For me they sit very nicely on the nail and I have no trouble with edges sticking out too much. I applied these ontop of my top coat and they stayed on for a really good amount of time – And this was with usual jobs such as laundry and washing my hair. If your looking for some gold studs I highly recommend these.

For this manicure I used two coats of Yes Love's 'N025' and applied a generous lashing of Nail's Inc's 'Fleet Street' on top. I then applied my studs and used Oumaxi paint in black to create some simple swirls/circles to surround the studs.

Day 8: Metallic & N.Nail 6mm Circular Flat Laser Stud Review

How are you today? Have you been treated to some nice weather? It's been pretty gloomy here in Holland with the promising threats of a storm coming soon. I actually really love lightening but it's not so fun for the poor dog. Last night my parents-in-law surprised me with a professional light studio so today's pictures look a little different. I am still getting the hang of using my new light set up so I hope you will think the pictures are ok. I was so surprised by them that I nearly cried and gave them a big hug each. I'm so very grateful!

Today I have Day 8 of the 31 day nail art challenge which calls for metallic nails... I sure hope these nails are metallic enough! I also included these cute Circular flat laser 6mm studs by N.Nail from KKCENTERHK Let me know what you think.

I love these beautiful round studs, they shine beautifully through the spectrum and in my opinion, who doesn't love a rainbow? I applied these by adding them on top of my top coat. My only concern with them is the size, as you see on my little finger they look pretty large but they sat perfectly flat on my thumb. I began this manicure by applying two coats of Essie's 'For The Twill Of It'. I then used bubble wrap to dab on Fogan's #18 (a strong copper shade) Barry M's 'Silver Foil' and Color Clubs 'Harp On it.

I finished this off with my top coat and added the studs on top.

N.NAIL The Little Mermaid/Ariel Water Decals

How are you today? I hope you've had a good weekend so far? Happy Mother's Day to all of you who may be celebrating today :) As an English lady we already celebrated it but here in Holland it is Mother's Day. My weekend has been pretty quiet but that suits me just fine since I am so tired. I think I needed some catch up sleep! Today I have some really cute Disney water decal's to show you – who doesn't like Disney?! These are N.Nail's 'The Little Mermaid/Ariel Water Decals' from KKCENTERHK. I originally planned to do something creative but decided to opt for a simple manicure just to show you how cute these decal's are.

Please excuse the cuticles... It's going to be nail tlc night!

On all my nails I started with two coats of Layla's Thermo polish in blue and applied by favourite blue flakie on top, Zoya's 'Maisie'. Once again the procedure of applying these decals was very simple. I cut the decals out and using my nail art tweezers I held each one under water for around 30 seconds. You'll know when they are ready because they will easily slip off the backing card they are on. I then positioned them as I wished.

N.Nail Warm Pink, Light Orange Nail Foil Review

Allo polish Pals! Have you had a good day? I've had quite a productive day with lots of tidying and organizing so I'm quite glad Mr Bravo is home tonight, I'll have a glass of well deserved wine and maybe we'll watch a movie – a horror sounds good! Today I have another one of the foil's from KkCENTERHK to show you. Remember I've shown two already? You can see those here and here. Today's foil is N.Nail's warm pink, light orange nail foil. I have a lot of reviews coming up soon and I am super excited to share them with you in the next week or so!

My application wasn't so good today, I blame tiredness!

So shiny!

Since I am mainly showing you this foil I decided to opt for an easy manicure. I used two coats of Picture Polishes 'Water Melon' on all my nails and applied only one full nail of foil (I'm realy tired :( ) On the other nails I painted my beauty glue diagonally so I have a funky foiled French tip!

I really enjoy using the N.Nail foil's, I always think they add such a pretty effect to any manicure, it doesn't always mean that you have to wear them on the entire nail. Last time I applied these foil's I felt really proud of myself, I managed to apply it without any wrinkles but today I wasn't so lucky (That's just me) I absolutely love the colours that shine through out this foil, There's a rose pink, gold and what looks like a pure white gold. Don't you think it looks pretty? I think this may be my second favorite of the foil's I tried. If you applied this over a very light pink and had mostly the light gold and soft pink colours I bet it would look very delicate!

ANE-NAIL - Delusory Swirl Sticker Decals Review

How are you today? Can you really believe we are at the weekend again, already? I don't know where the time goes! I hope you've had a more successful week than me, Unfortunately I just don't seem to be able to manage my syndrome very well lately and as soon as I feel better I'm back where I started. That said I am feeling insanely positive about things right now :) Today I have some pretty 'Delusory Swirl' water decals from KKCENTERHK to share with you, I had fun working these out as I had only applied them once before. These water decals come in a set of 12 patterned decals and a small file for removing excess decal.
The instructions for the water decals are really simple, they come in a long strip with enough patterns to cover all your nails; With scissors I carefully cut them out and started by applying my base coat to clean nails. Working one nail at a time I applied the water decals by holding one pattern with tweezers under water for perhaps half a minute. The decal then slid of its backing with absolute ease. I then took the curved side of the decal and lined it up just under my cuticle. With practise I realised that they are a little firmer then you'd expect so I began to pull them tightly as to avoid creases (I discovered this after the thumb and index where you see creases) I used a finger to hold the decal at the top of the nail as I rearranged their positions.

Because these water decals are made from real nail polish it means there is absolutely no dry time – so once you've mastered how to apply them this can be a great way to get an impressive but very speedy manicure for a night out with no time to paint.

I really like these water decals and am impressed with how easy they are to apply, as you see with the two nails with creases it didn't take long to feel like I knew what I was doing. Have you tried full nail water decals before? Would you wear these?

Subtle Stripes And Vibrant Flowers

How are you today? Are you having a good weekend? Tomorrow is St. Patrick's day, as I am sure most of you know. I guess I've been living in a bubble because I only just realized. Luckily this manicure has a little green to it but I am planning something generously green for tomorrow!

This week has just been one of those weeks. I've been less than satisfied with my manicures and even with this one I am picking out mistakes. I'm sure this coming week will hold a lot more hope!

On all my nails except my ring finger I began with two coats of Model's Own 'Blueberry Muffin' and created diagonal lines with striping tape and Rimmel's 'Fizzy Applicious'. I then created the blue flowers using acrylics and tried to create more depth to them using a dark blue and a lighter blue. I then decided to outline these in black for more oompf and added some N.nail whitesweet series studs to the center. For my ring finger I applied two glitters, Essence's 'Glorious Aquarius' and Sinful Colors 'Call You Later'.

Review: N.nail - Purple, Gold and black Irregular Nail Foil

How's it going? I know I must say this every week but how is it already Friday? The start of this year has gone so fast so far! Last night I got round to playing with glue and foil again to show you N.Nail's 'Purple Gold Black IrregularNail Foil' from KKCenterHk ~ I loved the results! I had a lot more success with the application than previously.

This beautiful and unusual foil alternates and blends between black, gold and purple.

 Depending on how/where you cut the foil you can get some really beautiful gradients going on.

To show you this foil I started by applying one coat of Barry M's 'Gold Foil' polish. I originally thought it would be awesome with a black base colour but I decided that with a gold base the colours of the foil would show up better as the foil is very translucent. I then took my nail glue and applied one thin coat. The glue applies white and once its ready for foil application is completely invisible. I used nail scissors to cut my desired size of foil. I then used tweezers to gently rest the foil on the nail. To full apply the foil I took a cotton bud/Qtip and slowly smoothed out the center of the foil (Center of the nail from cuticle to tip) before edging my way around both of the other sides. It is so important to finish with a top coat because the foil with gradually rub off without it.

I really like this foil, its certainly eye catching and unusual. I also think this may be another option for those who struggle with gradients. I would say it takes some practice but as you see from the end results its worth it! N.NAIL Studs Silver Rock Rivet Review!

As I explained I was seriously stressed out and to top it all off my throat decided to swell up (which is where it is staying it seems) That aside I am looking forward to getting back to regular posts and I think I've found a way to suit me and hopefully you guys better too :) I'll also be catching up on my comments this coming week, sorry guys I suck. Anywho, today I am showing you a manicure I created using these N.Nail Silver Rock Rivets from KKCENTERHK

Why does it remind me of Eva from Disney's Wall-E?

I personally like these studs and think they give off a lovely rock chic vibe depending on how you chose to wear them. They are a great size (3.5mm) and will sit comfortably on the nail. I suggest using nail glue to adhere if you want them to last on the nail longer; obviously with this kind of nail art there's a risk it may snag on clothing or somehow come off so I think these are great for special occasions over casual wear. I only decided to wear two of the studs on my ring finger as I thought it was a good combination against the white and black white makes me think of technology..space..robots..the future. I'm not sure how I got so much from such a simple mani!

The mani! I used two coats of Maybelline's 'Winter, Baby' as a white base on all nails and applied W7's 'Black' over all nails expect my ring finger. On top of the black I then added a lucious coat of Essence's 'Cool Breeze' glitter. On my ring finger I used some small tweezers to apply two of the studs to the middle of the nail.

N.NAIL Neon Yellow Star Studs 2mm Circle KKCENTERHK Review + Discount

How are you today? Did you have a good weekend? These weeks are just passing by so quickly, I can hardly believe that in five weeks time me and Mr Bravo will be back in England visiting my parents again. Once again this week we had more family drama, first my three year old Niece got alarmingly sick then unfortunately my sister and brother-in-law had a break in. I can go one of two ways when I am stressed, I can be really productive or just so incredibly useless!

Anyway, today I am showing you these gorgeous neon star studs (N.nail Studs Neon Yellow -2mm) from KKCENTERHK.

I absolutely love these studs. Not just because they are so bright and funky but because of their amazing size. I have to be honest, whenever I see studs and gems I am never really sure what size to expect so I was really pleased to see I could fit several of them on and they could sit flatly on the nail. They are also really easy to apply because of their angles they can be picked up well with pointed tweezers. One last thing... I've been doing all sorts since I applied these and they are staying nicely in their place!

Onto the mani! I started with my base coat and applied one coat of Erre Due's '120' and applied Gambrini's 'N06' to get a strong bright neon base. Using striping tape to create my lines I then added Essence's 'I'm The Boss!' on top. Once dry I applied my top coat and used small tweezers to add the stars at the end of my neon lines.

How are you all doing? How is the weather treating you where you are? The leaves are now turning auburn yet here in Holland. Once again I feel like I'm on the mend, tada! And this time it better stay that way! I'm looking forward to a shopping trip with my sister-in-law and Niece; A poor shopping trip is a means to make a good wish list of nail polishes haha. On Sunday I'll be going to an all you can eat buffet with most of my Dutch family. Not the best plan for someone who needs to lose a bit of weight but I at least hope I get my appetite back in time! First lets talk about these studs. Man, I love these. I know, what can you really say about studs? Well I can say this! They are a beautiful size, in diagonal form with spaces I can fit on at least four in a row. They appear white but in the light they reflect the rainbow What's prettier than a rainbow? :3 They are also the perfect size to pick up on a damp dotting tool or with fine tweezers. I paired them with sparkly black but these will work on so many nail art looks!

Onto the Mani! I started with my base coat of Opi's Nail Envy and applied two coats of Paris Memories 'PMNP 255'. I then took one of my laser tapes and added them on top, I used long pieces that I then trimmed down using my cuticle clippers (Hey, these stainless steel beasts need a use!) I then applied my topcoat and added the N.NAIL Studs and sealed in with a final top coat. Tada!

N.Nail Laser Studs Review + Reader Discount

How are you doing, are you having a good week? Sorry for the delayed post. This week seems to have gone so fast! Today's post features N.Nail Studs in'laser' (NNAIL-DRN656) sent to me by kkcenterhk.com.

These are small square studs which have a shiny beautiful laser colour to them meaning in the light they shift through the spectrum. They are 3mm in size which means even if your nails are especially small you will still be able to fit them on nicely. I had no problems with applying these though I do recommend you use good quality products to keep them on. Seche Vite works good for me but if you want them to last longer I recommend you use a nail glue and a topcoat. Despite being square in shape I had no trouble with the corners pointing off of the nail. I am really enjoying wearing these studs and I know I'll be reaching for them again in the near future! Also, one quick note. If you take them off, clean any polish or top coat off of them you can reuse them ~ Great huh?

I started with two coats of Art Deco's Irridescent Butterfly wings and added Ozotic Sugar 903 which was a perfect layering polish. I then used striping tape to create dark lines with Essie's 'Bobbin' For Baubles' and on the tips added China Glaze's 'Light As Air'. Now the fun part! I applied a top coat of Seche Vite and using tweezer's placed the studs on and between the lines.

Circle Glitter Review & 10% Discount!

Allo polish Pals! Hope your having a great weekend! Today I will be showing and reviewing Circle Glitter in Peacock Green.

I applied Anny 'Blue Bikini Girl' to all my nails expect my ring finger and sponged on Model's Own 'Gold Rush' on the tips. On my ring finger I applied two coats of Pitcure Polishes 'Marine'. I then stamped using Nail Craze plate 01 Peacock design and once my topcoat was tacky added one Circle Glitter into the center. Once the topcoat on my ring finger was between wet and dry I carefully added the circle glitter one at a time using small tweezers.

When I move my hand they shimmer beautifully and catching the light they will shift between gold, green and at time even blue. My first concern was Are they going to lie flat on my nail? and thankfully the answer was yes.

These are small enough to lay comfortably on the nail surface. I also did a little experiment to see how hard it would be to break one ~ They are very durable but if you wanted to use half of one it is manageable to cut them with cuticle clippers. The jar I received is packed full of these circle glitter and there are so many different ideas I have for them, I am so tempted to go ahead and purchase some in different colours! Do you like the shimmery mirror ball look it gives?
