How are you today? I hope you had a fantastic weekend? I feel like starting this week on a bright a colourful note. I'm going to be really honest with you all, straight off... I had some really upsetting news over the weekend and I believe it will change my trip to England next week... luckily I am ahead of quite a few posts but I really rushed these nails and I am truly sorry. Nothing went right on my part and this was actually my second version of these nails. I want to state that in my haste I applied these decal stickers before my nail polish was really ready... But I still want to share with you my delight of this set of TheFinder Things decals, I'm using their colourful shooting stars! This manicure really makes me think 'party dress'.

How are you today? I'm so sorry I missed a couple of days posting. I have missed you guys! Things here have been a little rough, since my eye has swelled up (its finally beginning to get better – slowly) I've lost all my inspiration and even when I've had it then it was incredibly hard to focus and concentrate. As you can imagine this has left me really frustrated. Anyway I have another post featuring some decals from The Finder Things. These are the awesome 'Sugar Skulls, Day Of The Dead' decals. Hope you are all doing well today? Happy St. Patrick's day, are you celebrating? I am so glad that a lot of you are interested in The Finder Things products, I have my first decals to show you today. Lady Bugs Or Lady Birds?

How are we all doing? Today after a debate with my Partner about what these little guys are called I decided to include them in a manicure. He insists they are called Lady Bugs but me being British, I've grown up calling them Lady Birds. Why do us British call them Lady Birds...? Now that he put that into my mind I really do have no idea. Anyway, here's today look!

On my thumb and middle finger I used two coats of PIcture Polish 'Jade' and used striping tape to create a leafy diagonal look. I then applied A nice thick coat of Essie's 'Mojito Madness' and removed the tape. I made small Lady Bird Bug decals using my Mash Nail Art pen in black and filled them with China Glaze 'Red Satin'. I adhered them to my nail by applying a top coat and letting it partially dry so I could use tweezers to place my self-made decal ontop. I'm a little lady bugged that it looks messy where I stuck the decals as it was looking so tidy before that.

On my remaining fingers I used two coats of China Glaze 'Red Satin' and used my Mash nail pen to create the Lady Bugs...Lady Birds... What do you guys think?

Lets do Coffee Sometime?

Allo polish Pals and Happy Saturday to you all!

Are you having a lovely weekend? Bare with me, I'm still half asleep ~ I'm pre-coffee wake up mode! I have a question for you, yup you! Are you a coffee or tea person? I recently broke my old coffee habit since moving to Holland. Its my guilty pleasure. That said the latest discovery I've come across is Lipton's Blueberry muffin tea and omg it smells just like freshly baked muffins ~Yum!

So today's manicure is coffee based! I used a technique I saw recently to make the coffee mug into a decal. I had some trouble with it I wont lie. You can see the edge of the decal but over all I think its an ok first attempt!

On all fingers apart from my ring finger I used Klean Color's 'Coffee addict' and added some bronzey brown gems. On my ring finger I used Color Club's 'Normadic In Nude' and then applied my decal. For the decal I used Kiss's nail art pens and a small nail brush to paint the black outline. I then flipped it over and filled the white in with Nubar's 'White Tip'. I then added a dash more of Coffee Addict to the inside of the mug and added some white steam.
