Daisy Water Decals - Born Pretty Store Review

*This item was provided for a review but as always I will give my full and honest opinion
Allo polish Pals!
How are you today? I hope you are having a great start to your weekend! Unfortunately for me since arriving back in Holland I've been hit with the flu! Nothing worse than the flu in summer, or at least with the current heat that's going on. Ah well, I've got some pretty daisy water decals from The Born Pretty Store in C164-C167 to share with you today, these certainly cheered me up!

Don't forget you can get 10% off when you use the coupon code DRX31 at the check out :D

These decals come in a set of four patterns and have two strips of each pattern. Each strip of the pattern contains five cut-able patterns which means you will have enough for all 10 fingers but this leaves little room of error. My trick is to lay the decal onto the nail gently – then push down from cuticle to tip only in the middle, you can then smooth down either side to ensure minimal creases or bubbles.

The decal sheet contains these beautiful blue themed daisies, a rainbow artistic set (with the image of a woman's face) colourful cherry blossom's and bright butterflies – I should have a picture to show you, but since my head is a little all over the place I started playing with them before I photographed them... sorry!

These stunning daisy decals contain one or two flowers on each of the strips as well as a light and delicate leafy pattern. I actually encountered an issue I had not previously with decals – the room was just too hot which lead me to create some unsightly lines on my thumb and pinkie. I did how ever love the look of these decals sandwiched between Essies 'Mesmerized'.

For me these decals are a little too narrow for my thumb which is a shame, usually when I have a random strip I can cut to whatever size I need. For most people this may not even be an issue.

I really love these decals and I think they will look awesome used as accents with slightly darker polishes to make them really pop out. I also added some studs from The BornPretty Store (I will review these in depth for you soon)

What do you think of these daisy water decals? Do you like floral patterns on your nails?
Have a beautiful day!
Love
Ithi

  12. Thanks for the tips about first laying down the central part. I always have problems with full nail decals because they wrinkle on the sides. I blamed my curved nails for that!
