How are you doing
today? I hope you have a lovely weekend planned ahead? Tell me
something you're hoping to do? :) This weekend will mark 4 years of
IthinityBeauty - if you hadn't noticed I put a few balloons up! ;) I'm really excited even though I can't do a giveaway
right now, but I am still proud that I am blogging 4 years on!
Today though... I have
a manicure to share which was part of a collab with my good friend,
Jodie! I met Jodie on Tiny Canvas (so many lovely ladies on there!)
She is a really awesome lady (Thank you so much for all you've done!)
and she suggested to me that we did a pug collaboration for the 15th
October, PUG DAY! So lets have a cheery little Pugasus!
Jodie has a really cute
little Pug-baby called Snookie so I really wanted to take part with
her :) Go give Jodie some love on IG! @Polishpixie34
For this manicure I
began with Mezmris Nail Lacquer's base coat, Armor Up. Once dry I
applied two coats of 'Blue Moon' – also from Mezmris. I added a
thin coat of Pro-fx's top coat as a barrier for my acrylics and
allowed to dry. I then came in with my favorite brushes and acrylic
paints to freehand the little pugasus, like pegasus.. get it ;)
I then finished with a
scrummy coat of Mezmris Nail Lacquer's top coat, 'Armor' for a super
glossy finish! Later on I added Wet 'N' Wild's matte top coat just to
see how it looked...and because I'm me.
