Freehand Halloween Swamp Monster!

Allo polish Pals!
How are you all doing today? I hope you are having an awesome weekend!

I'm looking forward to a cozy day in with Mr Bravo, we don't really celebrate Halloween here but it is a good excuse to watch some horror movies and snuggle up in the warm! To those of you celebrating Halloween tomorrow I hope you have a fantastic time but do please stay safe!

I've got my last Halloween manicure for you today, this is Clive! I'm not too sure about Clive's intentions... I mean, he says he likes to read romance novels and take long strolls on the beach...but I dunno.. Do you think the graveyard has any connection to the seemingly toxic swamp?

For this manicure I began with my Mezmris Nail Lacquer base coat, Armor. Once this was dry I applied two coats of Catrice's 'Generation whYte'. I again allowed this to dry and applied a thin coat of my Pro-FX top coat to create a nice smooth barrier for my nail art. I then used my bamboo brush and metallic paints to create a nice shiny sky for my scene. Everything else was created using my detailing brushes and acrylics.

Will you be doing anything for Halloween? I totally wish I had some spicy pumpkin soup right now..

What do you think of my darling, Clive? What are you wearing on your nails right now?

Have a beautiful day and Happy Halloween for Monday! I'll catch you again on Tuesday, Stay safe and have fun! Thank you for visiting :)

Love

  1. Pumpkin soup... why didn't I think of that when grocery shopping! :(
Being a dutchie I don't do much about Halloween, although I have seen some orange-yellow-white candy around the house, courtesy of my husband ;)
Clive actually looks kind of cute but I'm not sure if I would enjoy all the green goo on my couch when he would come over for a visit...

  2. So fun! I love the swamp monster and the arms sticking out of the swamp are such a fun detail. I love the humor you were able to incorporate into this design!
