hope you've been having a great week so far? Today I have the final
set of water decals from the sheet I have been reviewing from
The Born Pretty Store, these are flower/butterfly water decals from the C164-C147 sheet. These are bold and colourful butterfly water
decals.

When I first saw the entire water decal sheet I wasn't sure how I felt about this pattern. It wasn't my favorite until I actually saw it on my nails, then I fell in love with them! They feature blue and white butterflies with a splash of colour and floral like shapes. Some of the decals also features a beautiful black delicate pattern with flowers on a white base.
This time round I
managed to get the decal to fit on my thumb nail, I'm not sure why
but the largest section seemed bigger than the previous ones I had
applied, either that or I'm just loopy which is quite a possibility
:)
To create this manicure
I began by applying two coats of Essie's 'Muchi Muchi', a beautiful
soft pink. On my middle and ring finger I applied two coats of
Fogan's pink based glitter
on top and added a cute 3D butterfly. I added the water decals to my remaining nails and sealed with Barry M's top coat.

ReplyDeleteThe 3D butterfly was such a great idea. I have to mention that I love butterflies, they represent for me grace, elegance and in the same time vulnerability. I wanted to make a tattoo with a butterfly, but I am afraid of needles, ironic, no? Beside that I love the decals and the whole mani!

this is such a cute and girly mani! i like the look of the 3d butterfly but i think it would get in the way too much for me to wear it... especially at work
