The diamonds come in a round nail art
wheel and contain 60 pieces each; They are beautiful, 3d and
incredibly light catching – They pack a serious sparkle. Although
there are larger and smaller diamonds I was a little nervous at
wearing them at first simply because they are much larger than
anything I have worn on my nails before but I've been wearing them
for several hours now and they are still sat there, sparkling away as
I type. I would really recommend these for special occasions simple
because of their size they might not be so practical for every day
tasks. That said, mine are still firmly seated and that's only by
adding them on top of a coat so perhaps adhering them with nail glue
is a better idea. The longer I wear these the more I fall in love with their mesmerizing sparkle!
The manicure: I
began with two coats of Barry M's 'Lychee' on all my nails and layers
the tips with a little of 'Essie's 'A Cut Above'. I applied the
diamonds by painting my top coat and tweezers to place them in my
desired place, I used three diamonds to create a 'cluster' and added
small simple gems around the top of my nails.

I love the nude and pink glitter combo so very much. I've never thought to wear anything that doesn't have a flat back on my nails but I love how you made these diamond clusters. Fantastic glitzy look xx

ReplyDeleteThis looks so good on you, Ithi! Very lady-like. It's good to hear how firmly seated they are but I am not sure if these big diamonds would suit my small child-like hands.

ReplyDeleteI love the nail art and manicure but I'm not so sure I love the diamonds, they look to big for this mani. But I'm sure there are many that like this diamonds..;-)
