Allo polish Pals!
How are you doing
today? I hope you have had a lovely weekend so far? Mr Bravo and I landed in
England yesterday and we are settling in here for the next four
weeks. I seem to have confused some of you - thank you for the birthday messages but its actually on Wednesday! ;) It's going to be so much fun being home during this time! Of course with it being Sunday I
can't wait to tuck into an English Sunday roast!
Today I have some very unusual looking studs to share with you. These are 'BlackFlatback Oval Nail Decorations' from The Born Pretty Store.

These beautiful studs are so intriguing and unusual! I have to admit I was really surprised when they arrived because although I could tell they where black with beautiful specks of gold through out the studs I didn't expect the wonderful range of coloured shimmer that was in side. It really looks like a little galaxy inside these studs! They work great for accent nails and look fantastic when paired with other studs.
They are flat backed
and are 8mm in length. They come in a little baggy containing 10 studs so there is enough for you to cover every finger if your heart desires - although
don't you think that would be a bit much?! They are very easy to
clean, Once I was done wearing this manicure I carefully peeled them
off and cleaned the backs with a small amount of acetone and a Q-Tip to reuse again in the future.
I am wearing two coats
of Essie's 'Nice Is Nice' and added a coat of Barry M's 'Plumpy' top coat before adding my studs while it was still wet. I applied my studs and carefully added some Model's Own's 'Artstix' around them - I
think it gives it a sort of Victorian portrait look! On my other
fingers I added a single coat of Essence's 'I Love My Golden Pumps'.
What do you
think of these black and golden speckled nail studs? Do you like
wearing larger studs?
Have a great day!
Love
Ithi
Yeah the studs are very unusual, but they still look good in this mani. :D
ReplyDeleteI also like very much the golden glitters!
Thank you so much, Ninthea! Yes they are rather different looking! The golden glitters are limited edition for Christmas I believe, the bottle is so cute! One to look out for if you don't have any goldy glitters! xx
DeleteCool nails :)
